The 7 Cambered Segments is an innovative solution for your grinding needs. The cambered segment is optimal for climbing over joint edges and aggregate without sprawling the edges of the material or the disc. It works great for grinding terrazzo. Advantages to this system are: less stone pull and much less tool and machine vibration.

These 7 Rapid Segments are effective for epoxy removal & soft abrasive floors. High quality bond with a high diamond concentration for fast production and long life.

Grit 6#, 16# and 24# Diamond grinding shoes are usually the first step of metal bond grinding for removing old rough surfaces. The big diamond particles give you deep cut and powerful removal, The use can significantly open the floors and expose the new substrate of concrete, so you can easily step to next floor prep and resurfacing. These grits are also good for thinner coating removal such as urethane, acrylic, epoxy, and so on.

Grit 30# are commonly used for concrete floor grinding. It produces even and obvious scratch pattern and easily and quickly open the old surfaces.

Grit 50/60# are Fast cutting diamond tool, for mild surface prep or the removal of light surface materials. Capable of removing the 20 or 35 grit scratches, leaves a mild scratch profile. After applying this step, the floors are smoother, and deeper marks are well removed.

Grit 100# (diamond particles normally range between 100-120#) diamond grinding shoes are usually the last step of metal bond grinding for concrete floors finest preparation. You can continue with even finer grit like 150# or 200# metal or transitional resin for further work or apply coating materials such as epoxy, urethane, etc.
