Stainless Steel Special Shaped Table

Processing: This Stainless Steel table, with wooden top. The metal part is stainless steel, forming by bending, rolling and welding, then PVD colored. Before bending. first the Sheet is cut to the required size by Laser Cutting Machines. Then rolling the material into the shape required. Then welding the stainless steel parts for assembly. Then polish the welded area to make surface looks uniform. The color is done by PVD Coating. After the metal parts ready, assemble the wooden top.

Material:

This table shown here is made of AISI/SUS stainless steel 304,thickness 1.0mm, mirror surface, with PVD rosegold color.This can be also made of galvanized steel, painted Iron, PVDF or painted Aluminium, Stainless Steel 201, 304, 316L,Copper,etc. Material thickness from 1.0mm to 3.0mm.
