This case is for a stool assembly equipment around the injection molding equipment, the working process is as follows: after the injection molding machine opens the mold, the robot will take out the stool and transport it to the stool foot plug assembly jig station, the assembly machine will install the foot plug to the four foot soles of the stool and stick the label on the stool, then the robot will transport it directly to the warehouse for storage.

The machine can automatically analyze the good and defective products and distinguish them, and the production cycle is 30 seconds

The control of this machine adopts PLC control system, which is networked with the injection molding machine manipulator and can monitor the working status remotely, record the daily output and calculate the working rate automatically.

● Leg plug are led from vibration mechanism into air pipes that move the plugs into chair area

● Plugs move into the “carousal” that move the plugs into the pipes

● Sensor in start of carousal check that a plug got to place before move plug into the correct pipe

● Another sensor check if plug is deformed , if plug is deformed will move to 9th pipe to remove into recycle bag

● Plug fall from pipe into a cup

● The cup is on a liner movement
● A sensor check that a plug got out from the pipe into the cup

● After sensor confirms the cup move on a liner actuator into position under the chair leg

● A small cylinder push the plug into position inside the chair leg and move back

● A sensor check if plug is in place and didn't fall

● After four sensors in four legs show that leg plug Is in the sticker mechanism will put a sticker in place

● After putting the sticker, the robot will get an order to take out the chairs and put new two chairs into the jig

● If one or more sensors don’t show leg plug in, no sticker will be added but still Robot will take the chair out

● The Idea is not to stop the production line , every few hours a worker will come to survey the injected chairs, chair without a sticker will be removed and he will put plugs manually
