Product classification, characteristics and scope of application

This product has low adhesion, good flow leveling, good adhesion, uneasy to be yellow, high hardness, good  fullness, and so on.

Special for PVC wall panel of bamboo wood fiber.

Storage and transportation

Storage: cool, dry and ventilated place, storage at <40℃, avoiding light, away from fire source and heat source. The shelf life is 12 months. After overdue, it can continue to be used after inspection.

Transportation: prevent impact and extrusion, prevent insolation and transport according to general dangerous goods.

Attentions

1. The board must be cleaned first, to remove impurities, such as oil, dust, and so on, increase the adhesion.

2. In the process of production, it is necessary to test whether the curing is complete and adhesion, if not dry penetration will produce the phenomenon of plate surface bonding.

3. The temperature of the coating should be controlled at about 35 + 5 centigrade.

4. The UV workshop and the whole construction site should be well ventilated.

5. UV light production line must be installed the ultraviolet shielding device, On-line operator should wear the necessary labor protection supplies, wearing dark glasses, and avoid ultraviolet rays directly on the skin.

6. If your skin is exposed to UV coating, rinse with soapy water in time,if splashed into your eyes, rinse and get a doctor immediately.

7. Open fire is forbidden in the construction site.
