Bell-Prover Gas Meter Test Bench
Product Description
The bell prover gas flow detection device and the sonic nozzle gas meter detection equipment are both used for gas measurement and testing, the working principle of the bell prover is based on the displacement of a sealed bell caused by the gas to be measured, while the sonic nozzle operates by utilizing the critical flow phenomenon of gas through a specially designed nozzle.
It mainly consists of a sealed bell and related measurement systems. The bell is typically made of high-quality metal materials, and the internal space is precisely designed and calibrated.
The working principle is based on the concept of gas displacement. When the gas to be measured enters the bell, it pushes the bell to rise or fall. By measuring the displacement of the bell and the corresponding time, combined with the known volume parameters inside the bell, the gas flow can be accurately calculated.
This device has many advantages. Firstly, it can provide high-precision measurement results and is suitable for occasions with high requirements for flow measurement. Secondly, it has a wide measurement range and can meet the gas flow detection needs of different scales. In addition, the bell prover gas flow detection device has good stability and high repeatability, and can maintain accurate measurement performance over a long period of time.
In practical applications, it is widely used in industrial production, gas supply, scientific research experiments and other fields, providing reliable technical support for the accurate measurement and control of gas flow.
The GBP bell prover error detection device for household gas meters consists of two parts: the bell prover gas flow standard device and the multi-station gas meter error detection platform. When the bell drops, the height of the drop is converted into a pulse signal through a rotary photoelectric encoder or high-precision linear grating ruler. Through the control system of the multi-station verification workbench, the pulse signal is converted into the standard volume of the bell prover. During operation, the gas discharged from the bell prover flows through the gas meter under test via the connecting pipeline. By comparing the standard volume discharged from the bell prover with the volume indicated by the gas meter under test, the basic error of the gas meter under test can be obtained.
The multi-station detection platform is equipped with a dynamic image processor that automatically recognizes and counts the readings of the gas meter's counting wheel, avoiding the disadvantages of traditional photoelectric samplers that require manual adjustment, focusing, and unstable sampling. This significantly improves the detection efficiency.
The multi-station detection platform is equipped with dedicated circuit interfaces for pulse signals and reed switch signals to automatically receive the pulse signals or reed switch signals output by IC card gas meters, thereby achieving dynamic measurement.
